Hello everyone, Alan here – GWS's official Head of Treats and Security with some paws-itively exciting news to share!
Simon Williams, who has been part of our team for the past three years as Operations Director, has just been promoted to Managing Director! From my expert observation under the meeting table, he’s already making a great impression. Simon brings loads of experience in leading major projects – I’m talking about the kind of leadership that makes sure all biscuits are accounted for, and no ball gets left behind.
Simon has a clear vision for GWS, focused on collaboration, innovation and keeping our team motivated to deliver brilliant results for our clients. I've noticed more tail wags around the office already! His friendly approach and focus on empowering everyone have brought fresh energy to the team – and believe me, I’m very tuned in to positive vibes (especially when treats are involved).
GWS continues to excel in warehousing and storage services, ensuring that every item is expertly handled and stored – a level of care I truly admire when it comes to safeguarding biscuits.
I may be small, but I know big leadership potential when I see it. With Simon guiding the pack, GWS is set for exciting growth, and I’ll be keeping a close eye – from my favourite cubby hole, of course.
